Vice President’s Record

Having served two terms as Midwestern Regional Vice President, for 12 districts, Brother Tillman embodies the fraternal mission. Brother Tillman has worked tirelessly for the “Mighty” Midwest and the fraternity as a whole, while always maintaining respect for its members and chapters. He always focused on the values, interests, the strategic plan, and mission of the organization.

Brother Tillman confronted challenges that tested his convictions. Through those moments, the Midwestern Region observed Brother Tillman consistently demonstrating characteristics of an effective leader: his unwavering courage, a keen sense of justice and fairness, definitiveness of plans and decisions, mastery of detail, and willingness to assume full responsibility and accountability.
