Implementing the Strategic Plan

Brother Tillman implemented the National Strategic Plan from the beginning of its introduction in the Midwestern Region. He aligned his platform objectives to the strategic plan, which then became the yearly objectives on the “Roadmap to Excellence.” The “Roadmap to Excellence” demonstrated how the National Strategic Plan was integrated and reinforced throughout the Midwestern region.
