Service and Advocacy

As Alpha men we made a pledge and took an oath to uphold the ideals and aims of our dear fraternity. Brother Tillman views service and advocacy as one of the most important investments a brother of Alpha can make to his community. Our investment into the fraternity must be three-fold: (1) the time investment, (2) the talent investment, and (3) the financial commitment. Under the fraternal guidance of Brother Tillman, the Midwestern region continued to invest their time and talent collectively at regional conventions. In addition, the region provided financial resources to our partners and causes such as Big Brothers & Big Sisters, the Martin Luther King Jr. National Memorial Project, the NAACP, Haiti Relief, and the Stop the Violence campaign.
