The Roadmap to Excellence

Under Brother Tillman’s leadership, the Midwestern Region followed the strategic plan objectives that were created in 2006 and communicated to chapters and members in all districts. The “Roadmap to Excellence” was created to visually assist members and chapters with tangibly identifying outcomes that will be the result of following the operations plan of the Midwestern Region and the strategic plan of the fraternity.The “roadmap” provided a year-by-year journey up to year 2011 of what the Midwestern Region would attempt to accomplish. This tool, developed by Brother Tillman, demonstrated real results from the efforts of members and chapters, and how the region supported the mission of the organization.
